Team building

In the workplace, this insight unleashes new sources of energy, productivity and leadership in the setting of targets and identification of milestones, resulting in effective team functioning.

- Personality type identification to help people understand themselves and others - their behaviours, their styles and their motivations, and assess the impact on team dynamics.
- Team tasks in which the new insights can be tested and explored
- Use of the EI or GEMA tools as appropriate
