Jenni Broom is the Auckland based principal of Resolutionz.
She has twenty years experience of growth and management in the Not-for-profit sector, where she has developed skills, qualifications and experience in mediation, negotiation, conflict management and communication issues. She is also experienced in the importance of values alignment in the daily life of NGOs. She is a mediator, and an accredited user of the Genos Emotional Intelligence Tool, developed from six years of research by Dr Con Stough and Dr Ben Palmer of Swinburne University, Australia, as well as the Genos Employee Motivation Assessment (GEMA) tool.
Jenni holds an MA (Hons), BD, Dip Tchg, Dip Bus Studs (Dispute Resolution). In 2009 she was awarded a QSO for services to the refugee community.
Jenni brings to her work with groups and organisations an understanding of the complexity of the impact of relationships and cultural expectations, while facilitating the possibility for change and transformation. She is empathic, and is highly regarded for her experience and integrity as a practitioner.
